These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jeetbag platform. By creating an account or placing any bet or wager on jeetbag, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set out in this document. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Introduction
Acceptance of Terms
jeetbag reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to registered players. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the jeetbag platform. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to check these Terms & Conditions periodically for updates. Continued use of jeetbag following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions should be read together with the jeetbag Privacy Policy and the jeetbag Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using jeetbag and close your account by contacting the support team at support@jeetbag. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is posted shall be deemed irrevocable acceptance of the updated terms.
jeetbag is operated as an online entertainment and gaming platform intended for the personal, non-commercial use of registered adult players. The platform, its games, and all associated services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jeetbag makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of any odds or market data, or the suitability of any game or service for a particular purpose.
Using jeetbag in any way — including browsing without logging in — constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. No separate signature or acknowledgment is required.
jeetbag may update these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Players are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly. Continued use of the platform confirms acceptance of any revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English and apply to all players accessing jeetbag from Bangladesh. All monetary references are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless stated otherwise.
jeetbag accounts are strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Operating an account on behalf of a third party, syndicate, or commercial entity is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Who May Play
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an account on jeetbag, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party;
- You have not previously been excluded or banned from jeetbag or any affiliated platform;
- You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of jeetbag, nor a close family member of any such person;
- Participating in online gaming or sports betting is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your country or jurisdiction of residence;
- You are accessing jeetbag of your own free will for personal entertainment purposes only;
- You are not acting under compulsion, undue influence, or as part of an attempt to defraud the platform.
jeetbag reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification — at any time to confirm a player's age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension pending verification and, if unresolved, permanent closure of the account.
If jeetbag discovers at any time that a player was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or at any point during their use of the platform, jeetbag will immediately close the account, void all bets placed by that player, and withhold any winnings. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any costs incurred in managing the matter.
jeetbag employs a multi-stage age and identity verification process. Players may be asked to verify their identity at the point of registration, before their first withdrawal, or at any other time jeetbag deems necessary. Accepted documents include Bangladesh National ID (NID), passport, and driving licence.
jeetbag is operated for players based in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. jeetbag does not accept liability for any player who breaches local law by accessing the platform.
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on jeetbag. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or using different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
Opening an Account
Account Registration
To access the full range of jeetbag services — including placing bets, depositing funds, claiming bonuses, and withdrawing winnings — you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted by the registration form. jeetbag relies on the information provided during registration for identity verification, payment processing, and compliance purposes. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Registration Requirements
During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum:
- Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
- A valid and active email address owned and operated exclusively by you;
- A valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh;
- Your date of birth, confirming you are 18 years of age or older;
- A secure password of your own choosing, which you must keep confidential at all times.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeetbag login credentials, including your username and password. jeetbag will never ask you to reveal your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify jeetbag support immediately at support@jeetbag.
jeetbag shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to take reasonable steps to safeguard their login credentials, including using a unique and strong password, not sharing login details with any third party, and logging out of the platform when using a shared or public device.
Account Information Updates
Players are obligated to keep their account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your email address, phone number, or payment method — you must update them promptly via the account settings section. jeetbag reserves the right to suspend accounts where the registered information cannot be verified or appears to be outdated or inconsistent with supporting documentation.

Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits
jeetbag accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though jeetbag reserves the right to request verification documentation for large transactions in accordance with its anti-money-laundering procedures.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to a third party — even a family member — are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of the deposited funds and closure of your jeetbag account. jeetbag accepts no responsibility for funds lost as a result of deposits made from third-party accounts.
Deposit processing times are typically instant for mobile financial service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your jeetbag wallet, depending on the processing times of the sending institution.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. jeetbag aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the completion of any pending verification requirements.
Before processing a withdrawal, jeetbag may require the player to complete full identity and payment method verification. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account), and proof of residential address. Failure to provide requested documents will delay the processing of withdrawal requests.
jeetbag reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and to delay or withhold payment where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, jeetbag will notify the player via their registered email address and outline the steps required to resolve the matter.
Promotions
Bonus & Promotions Policy
jeetbag offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published alongside the promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
General Bonus Terms
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that remain un-wagered at expiry are forfeited without compensation.
- jeetbag reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.
- Free bets and bonus funds cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used to place bets on both sides of the same market (known as "bonus hedging" or "matched betting"). jeetbag uses automated systems to detect such activity.
- Bonuses are credited to accounts in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and all wagering requirements are calculated in BDT.
Bonus Abuse
jeetbag takes a strict approach to bonus abuse. Actions that jeetbag considers to constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially, exploiting technical errors or pricing mistakes, and placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine participation in the game or market. If jeetbag determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, restrict or close the player's account, and withhold any pending withdrawal requests pending investigation.
Game Rules
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on jeetbag — whether on sports markets, live casino tables, slots, crash games, or any other product — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product. These product-specific rules are available within each game or betting market on the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any discrepancy between the product-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules shall take precedence in matters relating to game outcomes, and these general Terms & Conditions shall take precedence in all other matters.
Sports Betting
- All sports bets are accepted subject to the availability of odds and the status of the relevant event at the time the bet is placed.
- jeetbag reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including markets with clearly incorrect odds, markets opened on events that had already commenced, or markets affected by a technical fault.
- In-play bets are accepted subject to a brief processing delay to prevent exploitation of score updates. The time at which the bet is received and confirmed by the jeetbag system is the operative time for all in-play markets.
- For cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers, specific match rules (including provisions for rain interruptions, DLS method application, and abandonment) are published within the cricket betting section of jeetbag.
Casino & RNG Games
- All casino games — including slots, table games, and live dealer products — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
- jeetbag does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the game's information panel on the platform.
- In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or crash game, the outcome of the round will be determined by the state of the game at the point of server-confirmed completion. jeetbag will not void bets on the basis of a client-side disconnection where the server recorded a valid outcome.
Prohibited Activity
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeetbag. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure of the account, forfeiture of all funds held within the account, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities where applicable.
- Registering more than one account on jeetbag under any name, identity, device, or IP address;
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification;
- Using jeetbag for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
- Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players;
- Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with jeetbag in a manner not intended for human players;
- Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, table, or sporting event;
- Placing bets that form part of a pre-arranged scheme to defraud jeetbag, including through coordinated hedging, wash trading, or artificial wagering;
- Accessing jeetbag through a VPN, proxy server, or any other method designed to disguise the player's true location;
- Making abusive, threatening, or offensive communications to jeetbag staff or other platform users through any channel;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or commercially exploit any element of the jeetbag platform, software, or content.
Each player may hold one and only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited without exception.
Automated betting tools, scripts, and AI-assisted wagering systems are prohibited. Accounts found using such tools will be immediately suspended.
jeetbag monitors all financial transactions. Any account linked to suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and closed immediately.
Using VPNs or proxy servers to access jeetbag from restricted jurisdictions is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Closing an Account
Account Closure & Suspension
Closure by the Player
Players may close their jeetbag account at any time by contacting the support team at support@jeetbag and submitting a written closure request. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, jeetbag will process any outstanding withdrawal of the available real-money balance to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion due to problem gambling concerns — are encouraged to request self-exclusion rather than a standard account closure. Self-exclusion applies additional protective measures including the blocking of all marketing communications, the suspension of any active bonuses, and the prevention of re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period. Closure or Suspension by jeetbag
jeetbag reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, without prior notice, where jeetbag reasonably believes that the player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct, or where continued operation of the account presents a compliance, security, or reputational risk to the platform. In cases of account closure due to breach of terms, jeetbag reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jeetbag will notify the player via their registered email address within a reasonable time and outline the steps available to the player to respond to the concerns raised. Investigations will be conducted within a reasonable timeframe and players will be updated on the status of the investigation upon request.
Effect of Closure
Upon closure of a jeetbag account — whether initiated by the player or by jeetbag — all pending bets that were placed before the closure request was received will be settled in accordance with their normal terms. Bets placed after a closure request has been received and confirmed by jeetbag will be voided and stakes returned. The player's personal data will be retained by jeetbag for the period required by applicable law and the platform's data retention policy, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
Send a written closure request to support@jeetbag from your registered email address. Include your account username and the reason for closure. jeetbag will acknowledge your request within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and process the closure within 3 business days.
If you are closing your account due to gambling-related concerns, choose self-exclusion rather than standard closure. Self-exclusion periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent are available. During self-exclusion, re-registration is blocked and all promotional communications are suspended.
All bets placed before a closure request is confirmed will be settled normally. The real-money balance remaining after settlement will be paid out to your registered payment method. Unsatisfied wagering requirements on bonus funds will result in forfeiture of those bonus funds.
